Privacy: your calculations stay in your browser

Financial information

Income, expenses, deduction selections and results stay in the memory of this browser tab. We do not submit them, place them in URLs or save them in cookies or persistent browser storage. Previous calculations disappear on refresh or when the tab closes.

Optional usage analytics

Before you accept, Google Analytics is not loaded. If you accept, a sandboxed frame sends public page labels, tax year, fixed guide destinations, and counts of calculator starts, completions and resets to Google Analytics. It has no access to the parent calculator fields or results. It receives no financial amounts, ranges, eligibility decisions or derived financial flags.

Consent is stored locally. After acceptance, a random analytics identifier and session identifier are stored for the browser session to relate usage events; these are not financial information. Google receives normal connection information such as IP address. Usage data is pseudonymous rather than guaranteed anonymous. URLs sent to analytics exclude search parameters and fragments.

Change your choice

Use “Analytics preferences” below and reject analytics to stop further measurement and clear the local analytics session identifier. Previously sent events cannot be recalled by this control. The calculator works either way. If storage is blocked, your choice may need to be made again on another page.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare serves static files and receives normal web-request metadata. No calculator values are included in those requests. Following an external source link opens that service under its own privacy policy. We do not use session replay or advertising integrations.
